It’s Deeper Than You Think!

Have you ever tried looking for something, and you know that it’s there but you don’t see it? You call yourself really looking good and being thorough, but you still don’t see it. You look high and low and are confused as to where it went. Why isn’t it where I put it? Why can’t I find it? Then you leave and forget about it for a while and all of a sudden it pops up out of no where in the exact place you knew it was! You say to yourself “Why didn’t I see it before? I looked here and couldn’t find it!” Sometimes we must look deeper than the surface! We may think that we are looking thoroughly but it may be deeper than our eyes can see! Sometimes we need to ask God to help us to see because it is deeper than what we think and our eyes can’t see it!

We have to remember, especially when we can’t seem to find our way, that God is with us and can help us to see what we can’t on our own. Proverbs 12:12 tells us that one benefit of going deeper with God is that we will produce more fruit. The deeper the root, the more the fruit! Even with certain situations we have to be able to see God is with us, we just may have to look deeper and that is exactly what he wants us to do. Look to him and allow him to guide us. We must remember that the purpose God has for us cannot be left behind. Don’t feel delayed, denied, destroyed, or discouraged which is a part of the prison of Next! Don’t obsess over the Next to where you are missing the Now! If God hasn’t opened the door for you, then he has something he is doing Right Now! People of purpose are willing to be left behind because they know that God has a purpose for them right now that they need to focus on to get to their Next. When there is purpose on your life, your opportunity can’t leave you behind. Your destiny will find you! Be content but not complacent. Choose to learn where you are and find out what God wants to teach you in the NOW until your next comes and God opens the door for your next opportunity. Look deeper into what God is showing you so that you don’t miss what your eyes can’t see.

Purpose doesn’t take things personally. People who don’t have purpose or can’t see their purpose will always be offended by people that do. Living a life of purpose is awkward, but you have to be determined to continue in your purpose to get to your destiny that God has purposed you for. You will never know your purpose until you know the God of purpose and look to Him to help you look deeper to see what He is showing you.

When you feel yourself sinking in the sea of circumstances, say “Help me, Jesus!” and I will draw you back to Me. God’s perspective is higher, deeper, and wiser than ours so we must look to Him for help to see what we can’s see on our own. You may not be able to see it yet, but there is a big chance that your current struggles are God’s way of leading you to more incredible things. Your present situation may be difficult, but if you keep hanging in there and trusting Him to guide you and help you see, you will surely see better days ahead.

Are you currently discouraged from experiencing failures and struggles lately? Does it feel like everything you do does not prosper? Maybe it is not because you cannot succeed. It is because God probably does not want you to succeed in a particular area. Not because He does not want you to be successful, but because He wants you to find success in a better place. You have to trust Him to be your eyes and guide you in the direction He wants you to go.
